What does TOUCHLINE store?

Cookies and similar technology can include browser local storage and session storage. They help services remember information or identify a signed-in session. This page covers what TOUCHLINE currently uses; it does not authorise any future advertising tracking.

Storage currently in use

Do you have to agree?

Essential storage is required for sign-in and account security, so it does not rely on optional advertising consent. The banner you see on TOUCHLINE is an informational notice, not permission to start future ads. We have not enabled optional tracking, so there are no non-essential tracking switches to accept or refuse at present.

You can reopen the notice information using Cookie settings in the website footer. You can remove local information using your browser's site-data settings, but clearing authentication storage may sign you out.

If we introduce adverts

Future Google or other advertising providers could use cookies, IP addresses and device identifiers for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention and measurement. Advertising will only be introduced after updating these disclosures and implementing the appropriate consent controls, including a Google-certified consent management platform where required for UK/EEA users.

You will be able to make a fresh, separate choice through that system. A click on today's Got it button is not consent for advertising cookies.
